We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Manchester team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often with respect to large or complex projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the key, day-to-day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
- Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
- Identify and monitor project risks and plan and implement risk mitigations.
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
- Take a leading role in interfacing with the client, other consultants, and managing stakeholders at all project stages.
- Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus).
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
