We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer to join our Technology & Management Consulting team at RSM. As a key member of our Project Management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients across multiple projects or providing support to a Senior Project Delivery Manager on a larger project.

The successful candidate will have direct experience as a PMO or similar, with a passion for delivering real business value through technology. They will work closely with the Account Management, Product Consulting, Functional Consulting, Development, Operations, and Quality teams to ensure clients receive a high-quality service in all aspects.

The role involves project managing one or more NetSuite (and other) ERP implementations from start to finish or specific stages of the project. This includes advising and leading clients on the delivery of a portfolio of small, medium, and large projects, creating and maintaining project records and project plans, and liaising with resourcing managers and leads to allocate appropriately skilled and experienced resources to projects.

The ideal candidate will have good verbal and written communication skills, along with well-developed interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to clients and colleagues. They will also have a high level of personal professionalism and attention to detail in work outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage one or more NetSuite (and other) ERP implementations from start to finish or specific stages of the project.
  • Advise and lead clients on the delivery of a portfolio of small, medium, and large projects.
  • Create and maintain project records and project plans.
  • Liaise with resourcing managers and leads to allocate appropriately skilled and experienced resources to projects.
  • Escalate project issues and concerns with recommendations in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with the client Execs, Project Managers, technical teams, and third parties to build strong and trusting partnerships.
  • Support Product Consulting with scoping of projects as part of the pre-sales process.
  • Take handover from the Product Consulting team and work with Functional Consulting, Development, Support, and Quality teams to deliver projects.
  • Manage specialist teams to ensure they have the information they need to deliver an excellent service to clients.
  • Ensure the Client understands what will be expected and when and support them through the process.
  • Be the focal point of contact for all staff working on the project, client issues, and escalations.
  • Adhere to the RSM project delivery framework, processes, and artefacts across the full project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery.
  • Support pre-sales and help to sell NetSuite (or other ERP) implementation projects.
