Sponsorship Sales Manager

Location: London/Hybrid

Compensation: Up to £55,000 + Uncapped OTE 100,000+

Role Overview

  • The Sponsorship Sales Manager will play a crucial role in promoting and selling premium sponsorship and exhibition packages for designated events.
  • This role demands a proactive individual who can identify and seize new sales opportunities to consistently drive revenue and meet monthly and event-specific targets.
  • The successful candidate will effectively articulate the unique value proposition of each event, adhere to the client sales process, and cultivate relationships with established companies and emerging players within the market segment.
  • This dynamic position is ideal for a commercially minded professional who excels in a results-oriented atmosphere.
  • Reporting directly to the Sales Director and collaborating with a team of motivated professionals, you will contribute to a high-energy environment focused on continuous improvement through a blend of high activity and initiative.
  • Occasionally, you may be required to adjust your working hours to accommodate the US market.

Candidate Profile

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling sponsorship and exhibition packages for conferences.
  • A proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A quick learner with the capability to grasp various market dynamics.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
