IT Support and Storage Team Supervisor

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model: Four days in the office and one day remote.

Key Competencies for the IT Support and Storage Team Supervisor:


We are keen to engage with proficient Infrastructure Team Supervisors, Senior Data Storage System Engineers, Senior IT Support Engineers, Technical Support Managers, and other accomplished IT support and infrastructure management experts.

To succeed in this role, candidates should ideally possess a combination of the following:

  • Extensive technical support expertise in hardware/software for advanced workstations.
  • Proficiency in supporting and managing Windows Servers.
  • Some familiarity with supporting and managing Linux Servers.
  • Experience in networking; Overview of the IT Support and Storage Team Supervisor role:


You will play a vital role within the department, responsible for overseeing the Digital Asset Management System (DAMS) and ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure.

This encompasses delivering expert technical support and managing backups, data capacity planning, and the DAMS IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities include managing and supporting both Windows and Linux Servers.

  • Providing expert technical knowledge and guidance on Network Operating Systems (Windows Servers), IP, and related network environments.
  • Overseeing the development and management of all systems support and administration.
  • Managing the flow of substantial data volumes and ensuring effective storage solutions.
  • Leading and mentoring a small team, fostering their growth and performance.
