Experience in a luxury establishment or similar environment and familiarity with event management software is advantageous, although comprehensive training will be provided to the right candidate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ...

We are looking for a Junior Event Manager to become part of our team. In this capacity, you will be tasked with guiding clients in the lead-up to their events, crafting precise 'event orders' that communicate clients' needs to all relevant departments efficiently. You will also ensure that all event specifications are fulfilled and serve as the primary contact point for clients and hotel teams.
