About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Advisor to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess callers with various clinical conditions and provide expert advice and support
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality healthcare services
  • Ensure patient safety and maintain service excellence through effective clinical decision-making and communication
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Registered nurse or paramedic with significant post-registration experience in Primary Care
  • Proven experience in multiple healthcare settings and patient management
  • Commitment to continuous learning and service development
  • Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and time management skills
  • Awareness of confidentiality and accountability in clinical practice
