As a Clinical Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our clinics and ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide administrative support to the clinic team, including booking appointments, managing clinic changes, and responding to patient inquiries.
- To act as a point of contact for queries from clinical and non-clinical staff, and to escalate patient queries and capacity problems to the relevant clinical staff as needed.
- To communicate changes to clinics and appointments to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
- To demonstrate a caring and professional approach towards patients, relatives, and carers, and to act with resilience in dealing with sometimes distressed patients and relatives.
