Immediate Opportunity - Commercial Operations Coordinator Required for a Leading Construction Firm

We are collaborating with a well-respected construction firm, seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Coordinator to join their commercial division on an initial contract basis.

As an integral part of the commercial division, you will deliver administrative assistance to facilitate the seamless execution of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the commercial division, including the preparation of reports, documentation, and correspondence.
  • Maintain precise and current records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with billing processes, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Coordinate and organise meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Demonstrate prior experience in an administrative or commercial capacity, ideally within the construction or property development sector.
  • Exhibit strong administrative capabilities, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
