Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spares Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the timely processing of orders for spare parts, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the processing of orders for spare parts, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with customers, both by email and over the telephone, to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, production, and planning, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Utilize MS Excel, MRP/ERP systems, and online portals to manage and track orders, inventory, and customer information.

Requirements

  • Strong administrative background with experience in engineering or manufacturing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to read assembly drawings and Bills of Materials.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
