Job Overview

Higgidy is seeking a highly skilled Food Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring our business operations are fully compliant with all relevant food safety, quality, and legality regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities, including audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer and industry requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry standards, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP and BRCGS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
