Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with customers and external contacts to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide technical expertise to the site management team to drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement effective risk management processes and root cause investigations to drive continuous improvement.
- Deliver the internal audit program for the site within prescribed timescales.
- Develop and grow the on-site technical team, including training and succession planning.
- Implement appropriate KPI reporting and management review to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in quality/technical management roles in fast-paced, chilled, food manufacturing environments.
- Technical knowledge and expertise within chilled food.
- Strong knowledge and experience of preparing and hosting BRC audits.
- Proven skills in developing and leading teams.
- Proven skills in coaching and mentoring.
- The ability to deliver a compelling vision for technical quality at all levels both internally and externally.
