Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Manage and maintain all relevant documentation, including policies, procedures, and records.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of food safety and quality regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
