Position Overview:

Become a part of the Warwick Independent Schools Foundation as an IT Support Trainee, where you will immerse yourself in a distinctive educational setting. As a member of our IT department, your role will involve providing essential support to both staff and students across our network of schools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and technical assistance
  • Serve as the primary contact for IT-related inquiries
  • Oversee the maintenance of IT systems and applications
  • Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Engage in the rollout of new software and hardware solutions
  • Contribute to innovative projects within the Foundation
  • Be available for occasional out-of-hours support as needed

Skills Required:

  • Strong customer service focus with excellent communication abilities
  • Highly driven and well-organized
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technologies
  • Professional attitude and the ability to maintain composure under pressure

Requirements:

  • GCSEs in any subject, including Mathematics and English
  • No prior qualifications at a similar level
