This field-based role will oversee the East Midlands Area, covering Nottingham to Hertfordshire, including East Anglia and Norfolk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and develop an effective sales strategy for the territory, presenting it to management for approval.
- Maximize sales by performing all necessary activities, from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation, in line with the sales strategy.
- Manage product mix, pricing, and margins to meet agreed-upon targets.
- Utilize customer and prospect contact tools and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Respond to and follow up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant insights and information.
- Record, analyze, report, and administer data according to established systems and requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of consistent over-plan sales experience.
- Thorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace.
- Deep understanding of the decision-making process with customers, including economic buyers and reimbursement.
