About the Role

The Area Business Manager will be responsible for selling a range of Vascular Access products, including IV, Extension Sets & Accessories, Needle Free & Blood Collection Systems. They will work with other sales specialists to develop an effective territory/account sales strategy and present it to management for approval.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of selling experience with consistent over-plan performance and a degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant advanced degree. Medical Sales experience is an advantage but not required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and exceeding financial and non-financial targets, analyzing the marketplace, and developing an effective sales strategy. They will also be responsible for performing all activities to maximize sales from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation.

The Area Business Manager will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £32k-£40k (DOE) and an OTE of £15k-£25k. They will also receive a car allowance, phone, laptop, pension, healthcare, and 25 days' holiday.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of selling experience
  • Consistent over-plan performance
  • Degree in Life Science, Engineering, Business, or a relevant advanced degree
  • Medical Sales experience is an advantage but not required
  • Full driving license
