Sales Territory Manager

Life Sciences Recruitment is proud to partner with a leading global medical device manufacturer and distributor seeking to drive its aggressive growth plans within its Sales team. Specifically in Theatres, Critical Care & A&E, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with other sales specialists to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
This is a field-based role overseeing the East Midlands Area, with responsibilities including:
- Analyzing market trends, developing a comprehensive sales strategy, and presenting it to management for approval.
- Maximizing sales from product introduction to closing and contract negotiation, in line with the sales strategy.
- Managing product mix, pricing, and margins to achieve agreed-upon aims.
- Utilizing customer and prospect contact tools and systems to update relevant information.
- Responding to and following up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.
- Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and information.
- Recording, analyzing, reporting, and administering according to systems and requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- At least 3 years of selling experience with a proven track record of consistent over-plan performance.
- Thorough knowledge of the NHS competitive marketplace.
- Thorough knowledge of the decision-making process with customers, including the economic buyer and reimbursement processes.
