About the Role

We're seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our team at Lounge in St Neots. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to our menu specifications
  • Lead and motivate our kitchen team to achieve excellent results
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment at all times
  • Work closely with our Head Chef to plan and execute menu development and promotions
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience

Requirements
  • Previous kitchen experience as a Chef or Kitchen Porter/Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef
  • Driven and relentless, with a positive can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills and a team player
  • Self-motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision
  • Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things Allergens, kitchen essentials, and Food Safety
