Head Chef Opportunity at The Eaton Oak

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to join our team at The Eaton Oak in St Neots. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the delivery of exceptional food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team to achieve high standards of food production, hygiene, and health and safety
  • Develop and implement menu ideas, ensuring they are aligned with the company's vision and values
  • Manage food and labour costs, ensuring a strong food margin and labour within budget
  • Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team to ensure excellent food quality and guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and high standards of guest experience
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef in a premium environment, with a passion for fresh food
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, with a vision to inspire and develop the kitchen team
  • Ability to manage food and labour costs, with a focus on achieving a strong food margin and labour within budget
