At EKFB, we're shaping the future of infrastructure. We're seeking a Data Manager to join our Environmental Team in Milton Keynes. This role will involve creating a strategy for managing environmental data and ensuring its seamless integration with existing teams and systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of environmental data into agreed systems, communicating and implementing the strategy for managing environmental data deliverables. This will require regular reviews with each project to ensure accurate tracking of all data and provision of monthly updates to the Senior Leadership Team.

This role will also involve managing historical data repatriation from the supply chain and developing and delivering Environmental and Sustainability Policy and Procedures.

The Data Manager will collaborate with the supply chain to minimize delays in data production and submission and interface with the Document Control Team to deliver environmental data to clients in a timely manner.

This position will also involve managing the delivery of environmental data into GIS.

About You
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Packages
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
  • Proficient with Microsoft Power BI
  • Proactive and constantly identifying ways to improve systems and processes
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and able to work on own initiative
  • Confidence to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Education to A-level with minimum GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C Maths and English
  • Ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities, including multiple, tight deadlines
  • Accuracy of work and attention to detail
