Enterprise Data Migration and Implementation Project Manager


Our client, a leading enterprise, is embarking on a new phase of software and technology development.


They require an experienced Enterprise Data Manager with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of extensive knowledge of data, data migration, and data implementation.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Discovery and Documentation: Identify and document the current enterprise data architecture, flows, and processes for the global organization.
  2. Proposed Architecture: Develop and document options for the proposed enterprise data architecture, flows, and processes for the global organization, aligned with industry best practices.
  3. Programme Leadership: Establish and lead programmes for Enterprise Data Foundations and Enterprise Data Integration, defining scope, deliverables, timelines, tools, teams, and budget required for success.
  4. BAU Tools and Processes: Develop the business-as-usual tools, processes, teams, and governance necessary to effectively manage the creation, movement, and management of data on an ongoing basis for the organization.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Data Architecture Expertise: Qualified data architect with expertise in TOGAF 9.
  2. Project Management: Qualified project manager with certifications in Prince2, PMP, MSP, Agile, or equivalent.
  3. Experience: 5-10 years of multiple data migration assignments for complex global organizations.
  4. Enterprise Data Management: 3-5 years of enterprise data management assignments for complex global organizations.
  5. Data Migration and Integration: In-depth knowledge of data migration processes and toolsets.
  6. Data Integration: In-depth knowledge of data integration toolsets, their implementation, and operation.
  7. Enterprise Data Architecture: In-depth knowledge of enterprise data architectures and their optimization.
  8. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office toolset, including Excel, to an advanced level.
  9. Soft Skills: Highly numerate and data-oriented, with a critical eye for detail and accuracy, and the ability to think creatively and proactively identify areas for improvement.


This role may require occasional travel to other sites, including overseas.
