Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Back Office Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola HBC. As a key member of our Customer Logistics Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics processes, including stock management, order taking, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day stock control for all DSD customers
- Cleanse and release daily orders placed in SAP
- Ensure order accuracy to support delivery of overall IoI DIFOTAI
- Place orders for specific accounts and manage relationships with these customers and KAMs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver departmental goals
- Work with the wider Customer Logistics Team to fine-tune E2E processes
- Ensure a best-in-class customer experience is achieved to support CCH IoI GfK
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service or FMCG sales environment
- Good commercial awareness with strong business acumen
- Highly energetic, enthusiastic, and creative with strong organizing and planning skills
- Professional, articulate with excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- A proven team player with an excellent customer service approach
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- IT literate with a knowledge of SAP Systems (or similar)
- 4 GCSE passes including Maths and English
