Position: Fire Safety Compliance Surveyor

RGB Network is looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Fire Safety Compliance Surveyor to enhance our team.

Role Overview:
The Fire Safety Compliance Surveyor will be tasked with performing thorough assessments of various structures to evaluate the functionality and adherence of fire safety doors.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of properties to determine the performance and compliance of fire safety doors.
2. Identify and document any shortcomings in fire door design or installation, providing actionable recommendations for improvements.
3. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other relevant parties to ensure clear communication regarding survey outcomes and suggestions.
4. Maintain precise records and documentation of all survey results.
5. Stay informed about updates in fire safety regulations and standards.

Qualifications:
- In-depth understanding of fire safety regulations and standards, including relevant Building Codes and British Standards.
- Proven experience in conducting surveys for fire safety compliance.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects effectively.
- A valid UK driving license is required.
- A degree in fire safety engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
- Relevant professional qualifications, such as a FDIS Diploma in Fire Doors, are advantageous.
- Experience in the construction sector or a related field is preferred.
