Salary: Up to £40,000 plus £5,500 car allowance
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Apprentice Programme Manager. As a key member of our Learning and Development department, you will be responsible for ensuring the academic and career progression of our apprentices.
You will work closely with our apprentices, providing pastoral care and academic support to help them achieve their full potential. Your role will also involve designing and implementing career progression plans, ensuring that our apprentices receive the best possible support throughout their apprenticeship.
This is a nationwide role, based out of Glasgow, and you will be required to travel to various locations to meet with our apprentices and stakeholders. If you are passionate about education and career development, and have a strong understanding of Scotland's Apprentice systems and funding, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Provide academic and career support to apprentices
- Design and implement career progression plans
- Work closely with apprentices, stakeholders, and other team members to ensure successful outcomes
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our apprenticeship programme
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Knowledge of Scotland's Apprentice systems and funding
- Experience in education or career development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
