About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team of support professionals in Secondary Schools across Greater Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the teacher in preparing and organizing the classroom for learning activities.
  • Provide literacy support and assist with reading programs for students.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils, either in educational or youth settings.

  • Pedagogy: Committed to nurturing student development and promoting learning, with a passion for education.
  • UK School Experience: Familiarity with UK school environments is preferred.
