We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Reed Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality tutoring to pupils in primary and secondary schools, as part of the National Tutoring Programme (NTP).

The NTP aims to support schools in providing access to high-quality tutoring, helping pupils whose education has been affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Tuition can be delivered face-to-face or online, and can be tailored to meet the individual needs of each pupil.

We are looking for individuals with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience of working in primary, secondary or SEN schools. A strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a commitment to professional development are essential.

As an Education Consultant with Reed Education, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of schools and pupils, and to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality tutoring to pupils in primary and secondary schools
  • Work with schools to develop and implement effective tutoring programmes
  • Provide support and guidance to schools on the use of the NTP
  • Contribute to the development of Reed Education's tutoring services

Requirements:
