Registered Manager Vacancy - New Children's Home

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new children's residential home in Camden. The organisation has been operating children and young people's services for 20 years, focusing on supporting residents in recovering from adverse childhood experiences to lead independent and safe lives.

The new home aims to offer innovative, high-quality residential care to children and young people in a nurturing, understanding and safe environment. The client is looking for a skilled and committed Registered Manager to join their team at this new children's home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and guiding a highly experienced staff team in developing and maintaining individualised care plans.
  • Ensuring all guidelines, care plans, and routines are followed to provide a structured, nurturing environment for the children.
  • Working closely with the Local Authority to meet their high standards and needs with professionalism and commercial awareness.
  • Values: A nurturing, structured approach similar to foster care, with a commitment to providing children with a stable, supportive environment.
