This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful Food Production company based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct GMP and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Perform product sampling and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Train staff on quality procedures and protocols.
  • Manage label printing and checking processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate pest control measures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Maintain traceability systems to ensure efficient recall processes.
  • Liaise with visitors and stakeholders to provide information and support.
Requirements:
  • Ability to handle raw frozen meat in a temperature-controlled environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and internal audits is beneficial.
  • Previous experience or a relevant food science qualification is advantageous.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-sufficiency and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team.
The Role:
  • Working hours: 6am until 3pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Hourly rate: £13.00.
  • This is a temp to perm role.
