About the Role
At Standard Aero, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Lead and participate in quality audits, investigations, and root cause analysis to identify and address quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and corrective actions.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and maintain quality records, reports, and metrics to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of implementing and maintaining effective quality management systems.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, including AS9100 and AS9110.
