Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives and process improvements.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for quality engineers and technical library staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality management systems, safety management systems, and environmental management systems.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of CAA/FAA/EASA 145 regulations and standards.
- Experience with quality planning, audit planning, and manpower resourcing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in QPulse and other quality management software.
