- Provide coaching and development opportunities for quality engineers and technical library staff.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of CAA/FAA/EASA 145 regulations and industry standards.
- Proven experience in quality management, leadership, and auditing.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
