Key Responsibilities:
As the Compensation and Performance Specialist, you will lead the charge in implementing strategies that recognize and celebrate exceptional employee contributions. Your role will include:
  • Enhancing a user-friendly and compliant salary, grading, benefits, and recognition framework that engages and retains key team members.
  • Managing relationships with external providers while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of reward and recognition initiatives on employee engagement and retention, providing data-driven insights for improvements.
  • Offering expert advice to leadership during annual remuneration reviews, ensuring alignment with the overall compensation strategy.
  • Collaborating with the People Services team to communicate the annual reward process effectively to all staff.
  • Conducting regular market research and benchmarking to maintain competitiveness in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Overseeing the development of performance management practices, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices integration.
  • Ensuring that all reward and benefits strategies comply with internal and external standards, facilitating audit processes when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
  • A degree or equivalent qualification, such as CIPD or similar.
  • A proven history of designing and implementing reward, benefit, and recognition programs in complex environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of both monetary and non-monetary reward strategies and their influence on motivation and performance.
  • A strong grasp of HR metrics, with the capability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement across all organizational levels.
  • High levels of creativity and innovation in customizing recognition solutions for diverse employee demographics.
