Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Pyramid8. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving complaints in a fair and timely manner, and upholding the reputation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complaint Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing information and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing clear and concise information and support.
  • Case Management: Manage and prioritize cases, working closely with the Dispute Resolution Manager to ensure efficient resolution.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Dispute Resolution Manager, including data entry, filing, and archiving.
  • Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in complaint resolution and customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in complaint resolution, customer service, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to remain calm under pressure, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
