About the Role

NHS Resolution is seeking a highly skilled Claims Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our objectives. As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing claims from commencement to conclusion, ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of complex and non-complex cases, conducting investigations, quantification, and negotiations to conclusion.
  • Develop and maintain constructive relationships with external organizations and stakeholders.
  • Ensure that all claims are handled in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Technical knowledge and experience of claims management in clinical negligence or non-clinical settings.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
  • Understanding of current law and relevant statutes in the insurance, clinical, or non-clinical claims negligence area.
  • Ability to draft documents and complex correspondence in a concise and professional manner.
  • Exceptional customer focus and awareness.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
