About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned contracts negotiator to join our dynamic Legal Team at Version 1. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, ensuring that our business interests are protected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate commercial contracts, including Master Services Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements, to ensure alignment with company policy and risk management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify and mitigate risks, and to develop effective contract review processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers to drive business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform contract review and negotiation strategies.
  • Work closely with the Legal Team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices related to contract review and negotiation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial contract review, preferably in IT Services.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
