Job Summary
We are seeking experienced support workers who share our passion for care and support. As a Support Worker with Think Community Care Limited, you will work on the day team, providing support and care to individuals in their daily lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and care to individuals in their daily lives, including assistance with personal care, mobility, and daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Assist clients with mobility and transportation, including use of mobility vehicles.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as a Support Worker in the UK, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Current DBS on the online update service (desirable).
- Up-to-date mandatory training (desirable).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
Benefits
- Competitive hourly rate (£12ph).
- Permanent roles with 36 hours per week, working alternate weekends.
- Temporary roles with flexibility and competitive hourly rate (£12.82ph).
