Talent Acquisition Role

Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey and highlighting the advantages of working with AVOMIND.
- University Recruitment: Support campus recruitment initiatives by collaborating with educational institutions and organizing events to draw in new talent.
- Talent Evaluation: Play a vital role in identifying and selecting promising candidates through thorough resume assessments and interviews.
- Recruitment Coordination: Facilitate the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, managing job postings, and overseeing logistical arrangements.
- Recruitment Strategies & Projects: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of innovative recruiting strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting top-tier talent.
Career Advancement Opportunities
- Initial Year: Start as a Recruitment Coordinator and acquire foundational skills in recruitment.
- Years 2-4: Transition to a Talent Acquisition Associate role, assuming leadership responsibilities and mentoring newer team members.
