About the Role

The University of London is seeking a skilled Donor Relations Officer to join our Development Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a best practice programme of stewardship, donor engagement, and recognition for our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive stewardship programme to ensure the sustainability and growth of our donor base.
  • Manage donor communications, including creating a rewarding donor experience and coordinating fundraising activities to support our mission and goals.
  • Organise high-level donor stewardship activities, including events and meetings, to foster strong relationships with our donors.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the University to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships and networks.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of delivering successful stewardship programmes in the charity or higher education sectors. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with high-profile individuals and handle confidential information. Strong communication and relationship management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
