**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and supporters
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events
- Identify and pursue new fundraising opportunities
- Utilize market research to identify potential donors and develop targeted fundraising strategies
- Provide excellent customer service to donors and supporters
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of fundraising efforts
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support fundraising initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities
**Skills**:
- Strong relationship management skills to cultivate and maintain donor relationships
- Knowledge of fundraising principles, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with donors and supporters
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of public relations strategies to enhance fundraising efforts
