About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized EDI Officer to join our team at the University of Oxford. As an EDI Officer, you will play a key role in promoting awareness and understanding of equality, diversity, and inclusion across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery of various EDI projects, including the department's Athena SWAN Silver award renewal
  • Engage with academic and professional services staff to develop and deliver key departmental activities
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote EDI awareness and understanding
  • Collaborate with colleagues to analyze and present complex data

About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about promoting EDI and has prior experience of delivering EDI projects. You will have excellent administrative and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
