We are seeking a 'Brand Marketing Associate' to join the delightful world of HARIBO.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a pivotal role within our HARIBO UK&I Marketing division, where you will be an integral part of our Brand team.

This position allows you to assist in the development of product and communication strategies for the HARIBO innovation, Portfolio, and MAOAM sectors.

In this role, you will report directly to Alison, our esteemed Head of Marketing for Innovation, Portfolio, and MAOAM.

This is your chance to create a significant impact within the industry as you actively contribute to the growth of our MAOAM brand while also supporting comprehensive strategies surrounding HARIBO UK's product offerings.

You will assist in managing and executing MAOAM multi-channel communication strategies, collaborating closely with commercial and operational teams both locally and globally to implement tactical product initiatives.

  • Assisting in the execution of HARIBO product initiatives, including conducting post-launch evaluations of products and campaigns while gathering insights to inform future developments.
  • Monitoring industry trends, analyzing data and competitor activities, and collecting insights to support brand strategy.
