Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service and ensure each customer receives the TEMPUR customer journey.
  • Product Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about the benefits and uses of each TEMPUR product and continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
  • Sales and Conversion: Be a brand ambassador and help achieve store sales and conversion targets.
  • Teamwork: Support Store Management team in achieving individual and store sales targets, and maintain a clean and orderly environment in the store and back office/kitchen areas.
  • Communication: Be a clear communicator with a good command of English, both spoken and written, and be able to deal with customer concerns in a patient and helpful manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Be able to balance a customer-orientated and a results-driven approach, to deliver and exceed sales results.
  • Personality: Be a confident, bright and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about the TEMPUR brand and products, and be a team player, who is able to maintain positive relationships with their co-workers.
