We're committed to providing excellent care and services to our clients and children, which has contributed to our successful growth. To maintain this pace, we're seeking an experienced Chef Supervisor to join our team.
The RoleAs the Chef Supervisor, you'll assist your manager with operational and financial responsibilities for our school catering facility. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality food and service while showcasing your creativity and ability to drive excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and training your team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional service
- Assisting with catering operations, including stock, food, and labor costs
- Ensuring consistency in food and service standards for students and staff
- Driving sales through promotions and added-value events
- Managing and improving controllable costs
- Overseeing menu development
- Maintaining company systems and procedures, as well as adhering to legislation
- Conducting regular audits to ensure standards are met
We're looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering exceptional food and service to our schools. You'll need:
- Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Financial understanding of gross profit management and achieving sales targets
- Line management experience
- Experience in a similar environment
As a member of our team, you'll enjoy:
