Key Responsibilities- Coaching and training the team

- Managing and improving controllable costs
- Overseeing menu development
- Maintaining company systems and procedures
- Craft-based experience using fresh ingredients
- Knowledge of health and safety practices
- Financial understanding of gross profit management
- Line management experience
- Experience within a similar environment
- Competitive salary: £13.50 per hour
- Flexible working hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday during school term
