About Our Service User

Our service user is a young child residing with her family.

We are seeking an interactive and attentive Healthcare Assistant to provide care on a one-on-one basis throughout the day and night.

She enjoys engaging in various sensory activities, listening to nursery rhymes, and watching her favorite educational shows.

During the day, you will accompany her to her educational environment and assist with her physical and clinical requirements during school hours.

She is full of energy and curiosity, and we are looking for a care team to deliver specialized and attentive care to support her well-being and development.

During night shifts, you will provide comfort and reassurance as needed, ensuring a peaceful environment while managing her clinical interventions and addressing her needs promptly.

Important Note: It is essential that you are comfortable around pets, as there are cats in the service user's home.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 months prior care experience
  • Medication Administration Skills
  • Personal Care Proficiency
  • Moving and Handling Knowledge
  • Pet-Friendly Attitude

Desirable Experience

  • Ventilation Management
  • Tracheostomy Care

Note: Our service user has specifically requested female staff for their care team.

Available Shifts

  • Part-Time Opportunities
  • Day Shifts: 9am – 3pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Night Shifts: 8pm – 7am (Monday to Sunday)

Compensation Overview

Weekdays: £13.00 per hour

Weeknights: £13.50 per hour

Weekends: £14.00 per hour

Bank Holidays: £16.00 per hour
