About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional food and service experiences that align with Vacherin's high standards. You'll be responsible for managing daily operations, fostering strong client relationships, and leading your team to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Food & Service Excellence: Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional food and service experiences that meet client expectations and uphold Vacherin's brand reputation. Provide ongoing feedback to chefs and service teams to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact for any concerns or feedback. Actively seek customer input to continuously improve our offerings.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Provide effective day-to-day performance management for your Front of House team. Conduct inductions, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to ensure all staff members are well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Financial Performance: Work collaboratively with the General Manager to maximize sales and contribute to the overall financial success of the site.
