About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Priority Appointments. As a key member of our Client Relationship Management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by identifying and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to clients on their recruitment needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring excellent communication and customer care throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the most suitable candidates for our clients' roles.
  • Manage and maintain a database of existing candidates, ensuring that their details are up-to-date and that they are engaged and motivated.
  • Proactively track and manage the candidate journey, ensuring that candidates are informed and updated throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and industry trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
