Talent Acquisition Advisor, EMEA

The Talent Acquisition Advisor will play a key role in the continued success of HH Global by providing expert advice and support across the region, enabling our teams to attract and hire the best talent.

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for leading activities to support the delivery of the talent acquisition strategy as part of the overall People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive, best-practice advice on day-to-day initial queries from the HR operations team, wider business, and strategic business partners.
  • Support Hiring Managers in ensuring job descriptions accurately represent the job responsibilities required and are legally compliant.
  • Ownership of job advertisements to be posted to specialist job boards, maximizing their effect in line with our brand and promoting the opportunities available.
  • Lead on the creation and validation of weekly and monthly MI reports for the region, via our ATS, on all talent activity.
  • Track and monitor progress of vacancies and offers across the region, ensuring any challenges are identified and escalated swiftly.
  • Support Hiring Managers on specialist recruitment projects where expertise is required.
  • Provide support and lead on various projects to focus on employee value proposition, external brand awareness, and other related projects.
  • Maintain and update the ATS system, making recommendations for improvements working with the vendor to deliver those improvements in a timely manner.
  • Support our Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion strategy by ensuring our vacancies are visible and attractive to a wide talent pool representative of HH Global as an inclusive employer where we all thrive working with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds bringing their unique selves to work.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience:

  • Previous advisor, coordination, or support experience within a talent acquisition, recruitment, or resourcing role would be ideal.
  • Able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Self-motivated, able to multi-task, prioritize, and work accurately.
  • Able to build strong working relationships and gain respect of all levels of employee.
  • Professional, inspires confidence with people.
  • A positive and confident communicator.
  • Flexible attitude and adaptable to change, with a 'can do' approach.
  • Creative but practical approach to problem-solving.
  • Good interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability and capable of working with multiple projects at the same time.
  • Confident, tenacious, resilient, and enthusiastic.
  • PC literate, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HR databases.
  • Numerate with a sound understanding of financial principles and procedures.
