Guest Services Coordinator

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will represent exceptional service, making a lasting impression on every guest and enhancing the daily experiences of all building occupants.

Salary: Up To - £45,000



Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing a variety of service offerings from front desk operations to event coordination.
  • Ensuring a secure and inviting environment while implementing safety measures.
  • Managing the user journey and user-focused initiatives – actively engaging with all building users.
  • Cultivating strong relationships to deliver exemplary service.
  • Taking charge of site service lines, including facilities management, concierge services, helpdesk operations, front desk, security, event coordination, mail and logistics, supplier management, and workplace assistance.
  • Demonstrating flexibility in time management to provide support across various properties within the client portfolio during operational hours.
  • Performing additional duties as necessary.

The ideal candidate will excel at multitasking, providing support across multiple locations, and responding efficiently to all service inquiries.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:


  • Experience in Front of House, Security/Concierge, and Guest Experience Management.
  • High adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of Health & Safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with Facilities Management and relevant Audits (preferred).
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Outstanding customer service capabilities.
