About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Collections Advisor to join our team at Frasers Group Financial Services. As a Collections Advisor, you will play a critical role in reviewing accounts and contacting customers who have missed payments to discuss available financial options.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review accounts and identify customers who require financial support
  • Communicate with customers to discuss available financial options and provide guidance on how to manage their debt
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and effective debt resolution
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction and debt recovery rates
