We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Recruitment Administrator to join our growing team at Flat Fee Recruiter. As a pivotal member of our in-house recruitment team, you will be supporting the team across a range of tasks and responsibilities, from candidate sourcing and administrative tasks to writing compelling job adverts and interviewing candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the recruitment team in sourcing and selecting top talent
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate information and application processes
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews and assessments
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
